Data Deletion Request
Last updated: July 14, 2026
You have the right to permanently delete your Chatterly account and all data associated with it. When your data is deleted, the following are permanently removed:
- Your account information (email, name, phone number)
- Connected Instagram account information and access tokens
- All automation rules and DM flows you created
- Automation logs (comment/DM/trigger history)
- Ongoing conversation records
Method 1: From inside the app (recommended)
Open the Chatterly app → Settings → Delete my account and data. Once you confirm, all your data is deleted immediately and permanently. This cannot be undone.
Method 2: Request by email
If you no longer have access to the app, you can write from your registered email address to support@chatterly.live with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Your request will be processed within 30 days at the latest, after identity verification.
Removing an Instagram / WhatsApp connection
If you want to remove a single connection without deleting your whole account, tap the trash icon next to that account under Settings > Connected accounts in the app. This permanently deletes that account's access token and the automation rules belonging to it; your other accounts, logs and conversation history are kept.
